If a payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract ie. when the purchase is confirmed.
Please not that depending on your delivery address (if outside European Union) you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.

We usually process and ship your order within 24-48 hours.
We offer the following delivery options:
LETTER SHIPPING FOR EUROPE, 2,50€ (flat rate), without tracking. Some items do not fit in letter.
Free for orders over 15€
DHL EXPRESS, all countries, 9,90€ (flat rate) Includes tracking
Free for orders over 150€.
RETURNS&REFUNDS
Returns You can return your purchased item in 14 days after receiving it.There will be no extra charges for exchanging the item to another, for example to a different size.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.
